All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm CST will begin processing the next business day. Your merchandise will arrive to you in 4-10 business days depending on location. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. When purchasing, please provide a resident or business address so we can be sure your package arrives safely and on time.
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box. Return shipping is $10 and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
We ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us at info@aggati.com to find out international shipping costs. International customers are responsible for any additional duties/fees/VAT that might apply. All international sales are final.
If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of your product we will happily exchange it. Just email us at info@aggati.com or call 630.232.1700 with your request and we will do everything possible to get the right thing to you.
Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet.
Full price items may be returned for a full refund, less $10 return shipping. Sale and promotional items may be returned for a store credit or exchange. Shoes and Handbags must be returned within 14 days. Jewelry is NOT-RETURNABLE.
Items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Any item purchased for 20% off or more is a final sale. All international sales are final.
